There are many ways to clean carpeting. Arizona Quick Dry utilizes the newest methods combined with the traditional "tried and true" methods to deliver a clean that is unparalleled. Our multi-step process is not only quick drying, but also environmentally safe and leaves no soapy residue.

A faster dry time means a far less chance for mold growth and allows employees and customers to walk on the carpet sooner. Having no soapy residue means that delicate (natural) fibers are not damaged. It also means that the ph balance of the carpet stays neutral; dust and debris in the air are less likely to bond. In essence, the carpet stays cleaner longer.

Arizona Quick Dry utilizes two different methods for cleaning carpet. The first method is generally for maintenance cleaning in mind. The carpet dries faster (1-2 hours), and is less saturating; natural fibers and regularly cleaned carpet are the best candidates.

The steps to this method are:

•  Thoroughly vacuum
•  Allow the cleaner to penetrate the carpet and bring soils to the surface.
•  Use a floor buffer with cotton/poly bonnets to scrub, absorb soils, and dry the carpet.
•  Apply carpet protector.

There are times, however, when a deeper cleaning is necessary. Arizona Quick Dry delivers this in the alternate method that involves the more traditional extraction techniques combined with the previous method. This method generally is more suited for less maintained and severely soiled carpeting.

This method consists of the following:

•  Deep clean using a high-powered, high-pressure extractor. This pushes the cleaner to the backing of the carpet and then is quickly vacuumed to remove the extra saturation. Any remaining cleaner then forces the soils to go to the surface.
  
  
•  Use a floor buffer with cotton/poly bonnets to scrub, absorb soils, and dry the carpet.
  
  
•  Apply carpet protector.
